PARTRIDGE PLACE HOMES

The three (3) new homes will be located at the intersection of Fairland Road and Partridge Drive in the Colesville Neighborhood of Silver Spring. The closest major intersection to this location is Randolph Road and New Hampshire Avenue which is a short walking distance from the project site. All of the three lots are currently vacant and approximate 12,000 SF. 

These homes are custom designed to address the growing need for M-GEN living in the Washington DC market where a very high number of Young Adults as well as Active Adults reside with their parents or children. To address this requirement the new homes feature additional bedrooms at both the Living Level and the Lower Level which provides options for a variety of needs that homeowners may need to accommodate.

In total, each 2-Story home will feature six bedrooms and four full bathrooms on the Lower Level, Living Level and Bedroom Level. About 3200 SF of Finished Area will be provided in the Base Model. A Two (2) Car Parking Garage will be provided for each home. 

The audience for these three homes are middle-aged families that may need to accommodate Active Adult relatives for extended periods and Baby Boomers that may need to provide medium-term housing solutions for Boomerang Kids.
