For more than 25 years the principals of METROHOME GROUP have been professionally active in the Baltimore/Washington corridor. During this period they have tackled some of the regions most challenging projects. Along the way they have redeveloped or constructed more that 500 units of housing that have become "home" to satisfied homeowners. 

Our unique combination of thoughtfully planned communities and enduring architecture has produced distinctive results. EXECUTIVE TEAM

Olusola Seriki

Olusola Seriki leads the overall development activities of METROHOME GROUP with specific emphasis on site acquisition and pre-development planning. He has more than thirty (30) years as a real estate development specialist. During his career, Mr. Seriki managed the development of over 2.5 million square feet of property valued at more than $500 million. His extensive experience includes both commercial properties as well as residential development projects.

Mr. Seriki is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. where he obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree.

 

Suzanne Graham

Suzanne Graham directs all aspects of the implementation of METROHOME GROUP projects. Her experience and responsibilities include the management of project financing, construction management, sales and marketing, as well as customer service operations.  With more than twenty-five (25) years of professional experience, she has been involved in a diverse range of real estate projects and has played a significant role in a number of major residential and commercial initiatives. 

Ms. Graham holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, New York, NY and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in City and Regional Planning from Howard University, Washington, DC.

The MBIA is a not-for-profit trade organization representing the interests of over 1,300 member firms and more than 100,000 employees, including home builders, remodelers, developers and affiliate professional and service providers in the Maryland Counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's and St. Mary's as well as Baltimore City, the Eastern Shore and Washington, DC.

National Association of Home Builders

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) helps its members build communities. Each year, NAHB's members construct about 80% of the new homes built in United States, both single-family as well as multi-family. NAHB is a federation of more than 700 state and local associations, NAHB represents more that 140,000 members. About one third of the members are home builders and remodelers. The rest work in closely related specialties such as sales and marketing, housing finance, manufacturing and supplying of building materials.
